Good afternoon board members. I hope you are all well. Just a couple
of things.

(Sent to Highland list and personal emai in case it was too big)

1) see the pictures below of the front of unit 503. I suggest we put a bit
of color and greenery there. I met the unit owner Nita and she was sharing
how much better it would look. I looked at the proposal and there is not
plan for anything in that space.

2) look at this mess of wood to give the meter reader access to the meters.
It just looks untidy and sloppy. What can we do with that area?

3) the trees in the back yard of unit 503 and 504(Jackson Street side) are
dead. Perhaps we can renovate there next year. The back of unit 401 is not
as bad but will need some TLC by this time next year.
