Board - If we are in agreement with having the generator onsite, we
should communicate that to the neighborhood by tonight. For example:
Filming for the movie Super Fly, a Sony Picture, will take place on the
Jackson Street bridge between Wednesday and Saturday. During this
period, the film crew has leased the guest parking space near the 500
building to place a quiet generator. Film crew will be on site to move
the generator in case it is necessary. We expect any impact to our
neighborhood to be minimal, and no driveways should be blocked.

Hi Alex,
The generator will be on the street next to the parking; the are was
walked to make sure no one is blocked. Just in case there is an issue
someone from the filming team will be onsite with the pickup truck to move
the generator if needed.
About 14 hours; around 5p - 7am.
It’s a movie fortified generator so it’s a very low humming sound. Filming
is on the Jackson Street Bridge.

Good afternoon Board,
Gravitational Productions, LLC. will be filming in the area and has
agreed to pay Highland Unit Owners $2,250 to place a generator on the
Highland property near 505 and 506. There will be a rep onsite with a
pickup truck if the generator needs to be moved for any reason. The
generator will be onsite starting tomorrow 1/17/18 through Saturday
1/20/18.
Please let me know if the Board has any questions or concerns.
