Hi Hunaid, thank you for staying on top of this. I wish Horizon's website
worked this morning for me to check them out. However their reviews did so
I vote yes to have them come out on Tuesday.

They are not a very big company but do condo and business complex. I got
a personal referral from them. With everyone's blessings, I can have
someone come out and look at Unit 905 and then we can go from there. A
repair job like one unit is quite small. If we like the process, we can
interview them for the project later but definitely utilize them for
repairs.

I spoke with the Sales person out of Monroe and he says he can send
someone on Tuesday.

What is the name of the Unit owner in 905? I want to reach out and

I received a call from the Unit Owner in 905 stating the problem is
getting worse.   Listed below are the notes I pulled from Trello and the
quote is attached (on Trello as well).  Because this is an active leak and
its getting worse, is the Board okay with moving forward with this repair?
I know the Board is not happy with Ameristar but using them to make the
repair would be the quickest solution.  Please advise.



Unit 905 – Leak is at parapet wall flashing. No record of repairs
completed in this area. Pricing to address attached. The homeowner also
reported another leak in the kitchen that his tenants didn’t show our
technician. We will inspect when we return to the neighborhood.
