Thanks Alex! I heard the tail end of the commotion, or actually, Pat
yelling at the neighbor. I clearly haven't looked out the window in forever
as I heard Bill mention the car was blocking the road for over an hour. If
the owner was in unit 1003, he owns but I do know he recently moved in. He
use to rent it out.
During our meeting I'm not sure if this would be worth while but we could
discuss drafting some of the top violated rules on on sheet, sort of like a
snap shot or quick guide, and circulating it into everyone's doors. Since
I'm brining it up I don't mind spearheading this. Unfortunately, we will
always have new people so it won't be fool proof. And unfortunately many
new people may break the rules due to lack of knowledge but it's the best I
can think of at this moment.

The vehicle owner came out and was berated out by Pat. After the
vehicle owner moved the vehicle, the unit owner was also berated by Pat.
I left the scene, as there was nothing else I could do, and both of the
offending parties got the message.
