Meeting Date - I think enough of us agreed that having the meeting on
Monday, January 22nd was good.
Meeting Announcement - Since most homeowners are expecting a meeting on
January 8th, we should send out an announcement of the new meeting date
before the 8th.
Meeting Minutes - Since the minutes have been approved, I don't see a
reason to delay emailing/posting them.

Hey Board,
Would there be something that prevents us from sending a notification about
the meeting being moved and sending the approved minutes from the last few
meetings? The community hasn't received minutes since the new complete
board has been implemented. We would want to be proactive and send
communication before neighbors start complaining about lack of
communication.
