Issue:
This may have been reported before, but is taking on a particular urgency as we 
form up our data for our annual Statistics-Canada reporting for the March 31st 
snapshop of services.   But several reports that look useful for some of this 
data return an error that the date specified must be after  01/01/1950 and 
before 30/12/2008.

Every spot that I can find to possibly set any date range in any admin settings 
etc to ensure we can enter or do anything with dates has been set so our 
current work can be done.     Except I must surely be missing something  - I 
also can't see where we've got anything set to limit a back-date to 01/01/1950. 
 If I have missed something, lemme know please as this annual Statscan report 
can otherwise take a bit of work to assemble.

issue/request to our list of Application Change or Enhancement Requests 
(ACERS). We are addressing your issue/request in sequence. Please note the ACER 
number for future reference. Everytime your ACER is modified, you will be 
automatically notified.

transition and tackle a considerable number of issues and requests with
