Issue:
Went to the age brackets module under the Administration module Added a new
record. It is not very easy or intuitive to change the upper limit for the
oldest age bracket, you must raise the first limit in the age bracket to
increase the upper limit then lower the first limit in the bracket to get the
desired spread and limits.
1)Clicked on Administration module
2)Clicked on Age Brackets Module
3)Clicked on create new record
4) typed in test for age set
5) selected 4 for the number of brackets
6) Had a hard time figuring out how to raise the upper limit for the oldest age
bracket. Had to raise the first item in the oldest row to raise upper limit the
lower the first value in the row to make the spread. Not very intuitive.

Thank you for your feedback on the HIFIS software. We have added your
issue/request to our list of Application Change or Enhancement Requests
(ACERS). We are addressing your issue/request in sequence. Please note the ACER
number for future reference. Everytime your ACER is modified, you will be
automatically notified.
We ask for your patience in addressing your ACER as we move through this
transition and tackle a considerable number of issues and requests with
limited resources. We are currently working on recruiting and training
additional staff to address the backlog.
