We have about 200 high priority bulletins listed for our clients. When our staff are busy they do not have time to read all the bulletins listed when they first appear after logging in. When staff go into reception, and a client has bulletins they appear bold and a "pin" icon appears. There are a lot of icons listed on the left hand side of the screen right by the "pin" such as "show booked in clients only" ect. it is very easy for the bulletins then to be missed. Staff are very busy and when they are working as quickly as they can, they do not always read the bulletins with highly important messages because they are missed / not noticed. We would like to have a list of all the bulletins for specific clients pop up when a clients details are opened. Just like when you first log into HIFIS a whole long list of all the bulletins are listed there for every single client.
