Issue
Can Save "Victim To Victim" And Cannot Delete a Conflict
Solution:
This happened because the 2 buttons were not touched and this never gave it a
chance to detect the victim/victim situation.
To avoid this, all new conflicts will now default to CLIENT1 = Victim and
CLIENT2 = Aggressor. Our main focus is on victimized clients and since CLIENT1
is ALWAYS a client and CLIENT2 is usually an outsider, this new default makes
sense.
