Issue
I would like to request that the coordinator's have the ability to create age 
defaults. All the shelters have adapted age categories that were set by our 
Region, however the coordinator only has the default setting provided in HIFIS 
when running any coordinator reports.

Solution:
Age brackets are now available for coordinators
