Issue:
When HIFIS is being used remotely, either with Citrix, or Terminal Services, an
error occurs when a users attempts to enter the Reports module while another
user is already there. The second user receives the error described in the
attached file.

Program Line Number: 10
Error Message: File access is denied c:\temp\crsmthfrom.dbf.
Solution:
This is due to users using the same temp files on the server.
Resolved by moving temp to D & S
