Issue:
With the Conflict module prototype out which is reactive, the following
suggestion came from Lookout Emergency Aid Society.
It would be helpful if there was a way in HIFIS to record Behavioural Risk
Factors that would be more proactive. For example on the Client Details screen
add a field for Watch Concerns or Behavioural Risk Factors including in the
lookup table; Drugs, Injection Drugs, Universal Precautions, Vandalism, Medical
Alert, Medication Non-compliance, Eating Disorder, Hygiene, Boundaries, Staff
Dependency, Theft, Fire Hazard and a High, Medium or Low risk factor.
Solution:
Makes sense. Need to propose to team at next meeting.
