Issue:
When creating a report using the Manitoba Temporary Client Billing - this
report works great for one of my shelters. However, they pre-bill so the dates
inputted when creating a program for a client does not work for them. Is there
anyway that HIFIS can allow for a shelter to create a bill using a pre-billing
method?
Solution:
HIFIS cannot allow billing to be made on future date. The potential for error
and fraud makes it undesirable.
