Issue
There are a couple of problems with this report:

It does not capture the family correctly. I have a family of 4 that are listed 
as the Father separate with 15 total days and 15 bed nights. The rest of the 
family is listed under the child's name as 1 adult and 2 children; 45 total 
days 135 bed nights. I think it should show all clients separate and have 
another column showing if the client is part of a family? 
The Social Worker column actually refers to program; the Reason for Turnaway 
refers to Reasons for Service; Citizenship is OK, Comment will make the report 
too large.

Thank you for your feedback on the HIFIS software. We have added your 
issue/request to our list of Application Change or Enhancement Requests 
(ACERS). We are addressing your issue/request in sequence. Please note the ACER 
number for future reference. Everytime your ACER is modified, you will be 
automatically notified. 

We ask for your patience in addressing your ACER as we move through this 
transition and tackle a considerable number of issues and requests with  
limited resources. We are currently working on recruiting and training 
additional staff to address the backlog.
