If you are new to the club and/or been a member and interested in participating
in our Wed Evening Flight Instruction (WEFI)
Please let me know and I will add you to the WEFI ‘option’ in our scheduling
tool as Rob pointed out.
Signing up through the tool gives Rob an idea of how many folks to expect and
what crew are able to make it that week…
I need to set this up for this season. If you go into the system now you won’t
see WED evening as an option.
I will get this set up ASAP so please check tomorrow or Wed morning. Thank
you to Rob for organizing this very important training night for the club!

Subject: WEFI 2017!
Hello All WEFI Fliers and Friends,
A quick note to let you know that we're planning to start and fly WEFI, this
Wednesday the 12th, 17:00, (5:00pm for the newer folks)
As before we'll have the gliders and tow plane set up and ready to go by 17:00,
flying till dusk, approximately 19:45.
Right now the weather is ok for the afternoon, via usairnet.com. As a reminder,
we fly by the whims of the big Weather Kahuna...so start dancing!
Take a minute to check out our Shift Planning section, now known as "Humanity",
and pencil in for WEFI participation. CFIs and Tow pilots can also indicate
their availability for WEFI.
For this Wednesday we have Dave Welles, CFI, and Mike Randolph towing...many
thanks.
We would like develop a roster of CFIs, Tow, and Ground personnel for the
coming season, so if you're interested let me know, and or head to HH's
"Humanity"/Shift Planning site and sign up.
Typically on Wednesday afternoon, we would like to have (2) CFIs and (1) Tow
Pilot. So for this Wednesday we could use one more CFI.
As we did last year, we'll get a note out early Wednesday morning, confirming
or cancelling the afternoon.
We will be adding more information as the season progresses, but it looks like
it's going to be a terrific program, and one to take advantage of.
Feel free to drop me a note with any questions and or comments, thanks.
