Reminder to all who've not attended the first safety meeting.
Second meeting is this coming Saturday at the hill after flying (or 5pm if
no flying). These meetings are mandatory, if you did not attend the first,
you must attend the second. If you cannot attend either, you must seek a
CFI and get a safety briefing covering the topics discussed at the meeting
before flying at Harris Hill.

I'm also taking this opportunity to ask for volunteer speakers at the
meeting. As wonderful of a voice I have, I don't want to be the only one
talking for an hour. If you would like to speak to some safety issues at
the meeting, please let me know. Just tell me what you'd like to talk about
and how long you'll need.
Additionally, the board is looking at putting in place a "crew chief"
system for each of the duty positions at the hill. We feel there may be
some gaps in training and sign off process that can be eliminated by having
a designated crew chief for each duty.
We are looking for volunteers and nominations for Chief Tow Pilot,
Instructor, Commercial, Log, Line and Cash. We haven't formally defined
these positions, but one of the first things we want these Chiefs to do is
schedule some sort of training/refresher meeting the first month or so of
the season for the people that work those duties.

March 24th, NSM. 6pm until about 8 or 830.
April 7th, flight center. After the flying day (6pm if not a flyable day).
Looking for volunteer speakers, suggested topics.
