Folks -

If you are having difficulty displaying the images for the Blipmap
soaring forecasts on the HHSC Weather web page, you might
try installing the latest Quicktime software - free from Apple
Computer. Just download the Quicktime 6 Standalone Installer
from Apple's web site at

  <http//www.apple.com/quicktime/download/standalone/>

It's an 11MB download. After receiving the download and
executing the built-in Installer, watch for the window which
shows a button for "MIME OPTIONS". Enter the "MIME OPTIONS"
and put a check mark in the box to activate file type .PNG which
is the file type of the Blipmaps. Continue, and complete the
installation. After you reboot, Quicktime will automatically
be used by Netscape and Windows Explorer to display the
.PNG graphics files used by Blipmaps.
