[HFbeacons] Beacons: Not Much Again

Ugh... The band not only did not open for squat, but I don't see anyone posting the locals here from WNY.

Heard a couple of 5's on 28.400 SSB, ESP to S-1. Texas, I think. Nothing else on the band, rats!
