[HFbeacons] 10m band !!!!

Hi All,
         Live monitoring of the 10m band this 6th, March, 2014 day in IO83PI
found conditions very poor with NO  US beacons audible as the local
RF sponge lies overhead.
What a lottery the 10m band is hi!
