Good morning everybody,

I'm finding some of the screen photographs difficult to read - particularly
those from cameras or taken with phones.

I few weeks ago I sent the following to Rosemary but mistakenly thought I
had circulated it to everybody so here it finally is -

This will allow you to take a "screen grab" from within the actual computer
- much simpler and of higher resolution.

Taking a screenshot take a look at

That looks complicated but really it appears you are best using the inbuilt
"Snipping Tool" (just type Snipping Tool into the search button on the task
bar). I have been using it recently with great success.

I believe there is a similar tool available for Apple.

Please also include details of the assignment (left page column) as this
gives a hint as to what the photograph is about.

Thanks,

Chris
