Hi Christine,Yes please do that. That point was raised by another transcribed
about some Carnival photographs and I think it's the best way forward
especially as that column is already present in the template. Thanks,ChrisSent

thanks for the reply I have now started 1983 and from week 4 onwards have come
across the attached. I have been typing the dates alongside the description
but it occurs me that it would be better if they went into a separate column
"Date and size used", although that isn't written in the ledgers. What do you
think? Regards ChristineOn Wed, Mar 3, 2021 at 5:53 PM Chris Shepheard

and crowd – i.e. a fanciful Morris dancing animal. With regards the second I
think the date is to show when each photograph was used. Because it was Farnham
Carnival I suspect some images were used one week and the others a week later.
Please could you put the date in the “date & size used” field for each of the
ones ticked. (We’d given up trying to keep track of what went in when by then
but those few were probably marked to make it easier for re-ordering prints for
customers. However it does make it useful for the index now too. Thanks,Chris

is a one for everyone. Can you make out what it says before "goat and crowd"?
Looks like Monis?, Wionis? Second one is for Chris. I have come across the
attached pages. Should I assume that I enter 1/7/83 against every entry with a
tick? Many thanks, Christine
