No Rosemary, "Save as" is fine. Just use the saved version and not the original
link in my email please.It looks like six will be able to meet from Dec 2 as
long as we are in Tier 1 and possibly 2.Elphicks/Heidi might be suitable. Not

Downloading is probably me as I have always been told to 'Save AS' with other
transcriptions.
If that is a problem then I will change.
I may or may not be able to cope with Zoom, a meet up would be preferable.

Dear all,
Are you downloading the PDF files to your own computers? It’s just that I’ve
noticed that there are multiple downloads.
If, once you’ve got the file open, you “Save” (File>Save) it to your own hard
disc you will find access becomes much quicker subsequently.
Second is about the proposed Zoom meeting – thank you to those that have
answered, I’m just waiting for a response from the remainder before I start to
plan the meeting.
Alternatively of course after December 2nd we
might all be able to really meet up for a cup of coffee in a café with decent
Wifi – I think there are just six of us!
