Hi Everybody
Happy New Year
Just to let you know that it’s been a rather eventful Christmas and New Year
for me - the entire family having contracted Covid at some time in-transit
(presumably) to Denmark.
Inevitable really. First my daughter and wife tested positive on 27th and my
son and I on the 30th.
Immediately we knew, we isolated in the annex of the house and by some miracle
none of the Danish family, 4 of whom are at some risk due to age, MS, asthma,
pacemaker, caught the thing.
It’s been a bit of a nightmare, but I am recovering okay though still testing
positive on an LFT. Hopefully I will test clear soon though.
Best Wishes
Tony

Hi Karen and everybody,
Happy new year to you all and let’s hope 2022 is much better!
1. I think Christine is right with Christingle especially if it was just
before Christmas.
2. Footbridge closure
3. Farnham Son’s (though it should be without the apostrophe) – plaques and
flowers on a wall commemorating Famous Sons of Farnham. (There was a separate
wall for women but they are now combined on Sainsbury’s in South Street.)
4. Dating application plates for Darracq car – one of Tindle’s collection,
presumably the VCC plates.

Good morning All
Belated happy New Year.
I've finally completed transcription of 1996 with a new laptop and with all
new things to discover it's taken me an hour to resolve the issue of copying
and pasting from Adobe! (apparently I needed to update my email account...who
knew!).
I've got a 11 items that I just can't make out and here's the first four which
I would like you to consider. Thank you....
[Inline image]
Week 7 no. 35-36. St Georges Badshot Lea is relatively clear but not sure about
the last word
[Inline image]
week 16 no. 27-28. Pedestrian worries in Weydon Lane due to footbridge claim or
something else entirely?
[Inline image]
Week 33. no. 22-23 Farnham ? - flowers on wall in jeopardy
[Inline image]
Week 31. no. 7-14. Dating application (?) for Danacq car (what's the
splotch...Whites? (Danacq I believe is a vintage car...).
Thank you so much. Karen W
