As I have emailed - I have the missing entries at end of 1972. The
question was originally for the 1973 book not 1971.
I have a few at the beginning of 1972 and they are Neg No's 3514 - 3521
incl. dated 29 and 31st December 1971

It could be that nothing happened (or you might even find them further
in). Or as you say they may have been included in 1972.
I can’t really remember what might have happened – perhaps a
photographer was away on holiday. We were on strike for 7 weeks but I
can’t remember when that was, though that would account for a gap like
that. May be the printers were on strike and there was no point taking
photographs.
Just put in what’s there please. At that time some of the photographs
were not indexed because they were not thought worth keeping. The films
were taped to the wall and the wall was cleared about every six months –
fortunately I managed to save a lot and they are in the large box I have
here waiting scanning.
