[hellogcc] [gccint-zh] 把contributor列表加到texinfo中

各位，

我在考虑是不是应该把gccint-zh的贡献者列表加到texinfo中，这样，生成的html或者pdf里会有专门的一章，显示贡献者的名字和联系方式。

不知道大家有何建议？
