Update #8 - It's good news. Hi Neil Many thanks. I have just read Steve's
message. Unfortunately we are not on that particular Facebook. All our
apartments are privately owned, with some owners renting out. Scanlons
management look after all the gardens and common areas of the building and are
nothing to do with any aspects of renting. Perhaps this misunderstanding by
Openreach is the cause of the problem. As owners of our property we are happy
to give wayleave permission for fibre installation. Let them just get on with
it. Best Regards Chris Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.-------- Original

Status Update #8 - It's good news. Chris, It's crazy that the management
company doesn't communicate with the tennents! I myself don't have any further
information. I've past this message to Steve who was in contact with BT so that
he can follow up and make sure BT have the new name or if they are able to
resolve this. Neil> Sent: Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 2:36 PM> From:

are well.Don't know if anything has progressed since your last communication,
but I have been chasing Scanlons since early December to no avail.Siobhan
Waldron has left the company and my query has been passed over to Mal Singh who
does not respond to my emails, is always on the phone when I ring and ignores
messages left with his colleagues.Scanlons is our residential management
company.Do you know if Openreach have made any progress. Maybe I have missed
something.Best regards Chris.> > > > Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.>
