Chris,
It's crazy that the management company doesn't communicate with the tennents!
I myself don't have any further information. I've past this message to Steve
who was in contact with BT so that he can follow up and make sure BT have the
new name or if they are able to resolve this.

Hi NeilHope you are well.Don't know if anything has progressed since your
last communication, but I have been chasing Scanlons since early December to
no avail.Siobhan Waldron has left the company and my query has been passed
over to Mal Singh who does not respond to my emails, is always on the phone
when I ring and ignores messages left with his colleagues.Scanlons is our
residential management company.Do you know if Openreach have made any
progress. Maybe I have missed something.Best regards Chris.

Thanks for your support and interest. Steve and myself will continue to
interact with Openreach until this is resolved. It's a community project we
aren't walking away.
Although we don't have any dates we remain hopefully that it won't be too far
away.

Hi Neil
Thanks for that, I guess we'll just have to be patient. Perhaps if more
people in the apartments had shown an interest at the start, we could be up
and running (or almost).
Will the on going info still come via yourself or do you prefer us to follow
up?
Appreciate all you have done.
Chris.

Hi Neil
It looks like the two apartment blocks at the end of Bramble Way have been
left out.
I've checked out those last post codes and they all seem ok.

We have been told that ALL of the estate is now active. However, we know that
there are some problems, and we are following up with those that we know

There is no way I'm going to check all of the addresses. So, if you are still
not getting the "Seasons 1-6 in 60 Seconds" message when you use the tracker,
let us know soon. Then we can raise it with the delivery team, who will not
be with us for much longer.

I understand that more addresses where activated last night. Re-check to find
out if you're in or not.
I know of one problem Post Code. If you get an response that says "We don’t
have plans to upgrade your area yet" let us know and we can follow up with
Openreach about this.
You should get either
"Seasons 1-6 in 60 Seconds" - This means that you can order.
or
"Better broadband is coming" - This means that you haven't been commissioned
yet, but will be in the next few days.
If you get anything different now is the time to tell us.

All,
Although we don't have any official update from Openreach. We do understand
that they are finishing the commisioning presently, and releasing phases of
the network as they complete. We heard that the first parts went live on
Friday.
You can check your own situation at
https://www.openreach.com/fibre-broadband/fibre-for-home
If you are get as message saying "Seasons 1 - 6 in 60 seconds", then you are
one of the lucky ones to of been the first enabled. This means that you are
good to go and you can arrange connection with the service provider of your
choice. You will need to take that step as it is your choice and contract.
So far only a small section of the estate has been released. Don't be
frustrated if you cannot order yet, I myself cannot order, it won't be far
away. I don't want to field a number of "when me" questions, to which I don't
have the answer. So please don't ask. My best advice is to check on the web
every few days and also to register with your IPS as they should email out
information and offers once the databse is updated.
Yours,
Neil, Steve, Matthew, Rob and Andy
