TRICARE Vaccine Program

You may receive any of the vaccines listed below for zero copayment at
participating retail network pharmacies.

. To find a participating pharmacy, search online
<http://www.express-scripts.com/TRICARE/pharmacy/> or call 1-877-363-1303.

.

. Call the pharmacy first to:

o - verify the days and times you can come in for a vaccine.

o - see if there are any restrictions.

o - make sure the pharmacy has the vaccine you need as some, such as
shingles, may be in short supply.

o - make sure a pharmacist gives the vaccines and not a provider from an
in-pharmacy clinic to avoid potential cost shares or copayments.

o

. If there are restrictions or if the vaccine is not available, you may
still go to your doctor for the vaccine. You may have to pay copayments or cost
shares for the office visit or other services received during the office visit
