TRDP Premiums

Find Your Premium Amount

The TRDP provides you and your family with comprehensive dental protection at an
affordable cost. Your monthly TRDP premium rate depends on where you live and
the number of family members you choose to enroll. Just enter your ZIP code in
the space provided at http://www.trdp.org/retirees/premiums.html to find your
low monthly premium payment.

. If you have an APO or FPO address, or live outside of the 50 United
States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands,
American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, enter 00000 in
the ZIP code block at http://www.trdp.org/retirees/premiums.html

. Retirees residing in Canada, enter 99999 in the ZIP code block at

The federal government requires monthly premium payments to be collected
automatically through retired pay deduction, using one of six discretionary
allotments. However, if you aren't collecting retirement pay, or the amount of
your retirement is insufficient to allow the allotment, you'll need to complete
the Authorization for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form
<http://www.trdp.org/downloads/eft-authorization-form.pdf> and have premiums
deducted from your bank account. If you don't establish an EFT payment before
your first monthly premium is due, you may lose coverage.
