It’s supposed to be a November 5 deadline. Figured a week would be
sufficient since we seldom get multiple applications.
We usually limit it for the calendar year so I didn’t include this fall. I
think it probably is too late for that one anyway.

Do we know when the website will open for field trip signup? We should
make sure our deadlines allow them to make that opening date. I’m guessing
that is why you didn’t include the fall 2022 meeting, although I think we
should be open to that as a possibility.

the Hoots newsletter. Since I don't think we're doing Hoots any more I
