[Haywire Robotics] Team Updates

Two team updates to the competition manual are out at this point. Please
read all the rules in the Arena, Game, and Robot sections, it is essential
for any group that will contribute to creating the robot and I would highly
recommend it for everyone on the team. The updates can be found here:
