[Haywire Robotics] ST LOUIS TRIP IMPORTANT

*If you are planning to go to St Louis for the competition, we will need
your commitment by tomorrow (Wednesday March 30) at lunchtime. Please talk
to the coach at your school to tell them that you are going.*If you have any
family members who are going, we will need to know that as well tomorrow.
It will cost $351 for the airline ticket and you will need to bring extra
money for the evening meals. (Figure the entire trip will cost
$400-450ish.)
So if you want to go, talk to the coach by lunchtime tomorrow and be aware
that you will need to pay the $351 before we leave on the trip. You do not
need to have the money tomorrow. BUT if you put your name on the list to go
and back out, you will still be responsible to pay for your plane ticket.
The tickets will be bought tomorrow afternoon.
***In addition, we will be having a team meeting on Thursday, March 31 at
6:00 PM at the shop. We have lots to plan and talk about, please be on
time.
