Hello fellow residents of Hayfield View,
Your Homeowner Association has scheduled a meeting with Mr. Rodney Lusk who
is the Lee District Supervisor. He sent a letter to all associations in Lee
District expressing interest in meeting with communities to discuss
community interests and concerns. Your Board invited Mr. Lusk to attend a
meeting with Hayfield View residents. You are invited to attend this
meeting.
Please send an email with your topics of interest and a brief supporting
rationale to describe your concerns. They will be presented to Mr. Lusk at
this meeting. Please note the following information:
- Deadline to submit questions: Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
- Meeting date: Thursday, August 26, 2021
- Meeting time: 7pm - 8:30pm
- Zoom link will be emailed to you: Thursday, August 26th, 6pm
This meeting will be held in lieu of our regular August Board meeting. It
is a great way to meet our county supervisor and hear what opportunities
and challenges lay ahead for our Lee District community.
