Hello All,
COVID-19 caused many changes that impacted the normal day to day operations
of your community. One of those disruptions was the Architectural
Covenants inspections. Please note that this process has begun and you will
see management walking around the community and making note of items on
your lots that need to be repaired then, mailing letters to you regarding
the inspection results for your home.
Please take a few minutes to take a good look at your home, fence and yard
to check for painting or wood rot repairs needed. Check your siding, roofs
and gutters for cleaning needs. Check your front and back yards for
cutting, tree work and flower bed maintenence if applicable. The value of
your home is directly related to its curb appeal. We will work together
with you to increase the value of your home and maintain a uniform
appearance in the community throughout.
