[hashcash] hashcash in Debian

FYI, for anyone who uses Debian, hashcash is now in Debian unstable. I
am currently blocking it from entering testing, due to the upcoming
format change, since I don't want Debian users to be stuck with the old
(possibly incompatible) format for the lifetime of Sarge (which, given
recent history, could be 3 years). (Unless Adam tells me that it should
be OK.) So if the new format is done, and a new hashcash is released,
before the Sarge freeze, hashcash may be part of the next Debian
release.
The next version to go into Debian will most likely also include Kyle's
hashcash daemon, which will be placed into the examples directory.
