Personally I think it takes away from BeOS it self. With the Be Menu you
can access all vital system functions, including prefs. So why create a
preflet or control center for all of this? Then again I think that this
is more of a Third Party Option or something for R2 and beyond since the
goal for R1 is to recreate R5 but with some bug fixes.
