somehow there is no user set anymore in a fresh haiku image:

id gives:
uid=0 gid=0 groups=0

whoami: cannot find name for user ID 0

how can I fix that?

useradd crashes the registrar...

or is there an other problem for this ssh error?

Also, the terminal seems not to set COLUMNS and ROWS variables anymore (which causes `less` to require additional press on Enter), as well as
any locale-related variables.

... because setup scripts are not executed during boot anymore - they
lacks corresponding x permissions. Something was brocken in the build.

Ups.. I was wrong in this.

Diver has investigated this issue and found that moving contents of /boot/common/etc into /boot/common/settings/etc fixes the problem.

Kind Regards,
