[openbeos] resource handling

Wondering how it all goes...
btw I came across yet another unknown command :
listres
this lists the resources in a file.
I think we should do something like ls /bin > bin_commands.txt
(on a clean install)
and check which command does what, come from which package (gnu tools, BeOS
native...), and if we have the source.
