Learn how to compile haiku on beos for your desired target ( target =
r5, bone, etc... )

Then learn more options about the build system, such as building and
packaging the individual packages/kits, such as the mail kit and
translation kit.

After all that, manually install and test one component at a time to a
second beos/zeta installation.

Keep track of what works and what doesn't.
