BeOS is not a Unix. It's somewhat POSIX compatible/compliant but that
does in no way mean it's a Unix.
BeOs also effectively runs everything as "root", ie full permissions to
the (one) user, so implementing a chroot() call, although possible,
would be pretty much useless.
