[openbeos] commands in /bin

I did 'ps' this morning :)
Btw, for the strings I used the ones output from the originals, so typos are
emulated too :)))
Someone just pointed me that prio (the original) had one:
"Priority changed failed." I'll correct this. =)

Remember most of those are to be written in plain C preferably,
and _without_ any help of app_server (many of them are needed in the
bootscripts, that launch app_server :P). That doesn't go for things like
roster, which specifically queries BRoster, but all the *attr stuff should use
the C API for example.
