[openbeos] command-line application contact person?

Hi guys,
Is there a contact person on the Haiku team responsible for
command-line applications?
The Haiku source-tree contains a number of command-line applications
covered by the GNU licence. I'm interested in either (a) porting
versions with more acceptable licences, or (b) writing them from
scrach under the OpenBeOS / MIT licence.
