This image works 'well' - e.g. much faster than in Bochs but still
slow - on Qemu/Windows.

Is the shell meant to be black on white? Not that I'm complaining, its
just usually the other way around, but it may be an issues with the
Qemu Cirrus card emulation. B on W does look kinda cool though
