[openbeos] Where do I put mkdos

Hi, 

where should i put the mkdos tool source code in CVS?

It's binary goes into /boot/beos/bin, should I create 

1) /applications/bin/mkdos
2) /applications/source/bin/mkdos
3) /applications/source/mkdos

any other one?

I would like to out it into 1.
