What ever, in the past have haiku.inc pay not real needed stuff (thats my privet belief)
eg: WalterCon Artwork = $300 etc..

So look in the futures, When planing a WalterCon , look where the most Haiku developer living and then now start a regestration etc...

But i think befor Haiku inc plans a WalterCon then make the Finacel reports from 2007 ready.
(thats is my criticism on Haiku inc)

All in all make Haiku inc good job and i hope the transition is be ready end of 2008
