Is there a way to, once I've installed Haiku on a machine, to upgrade it
in-place to a new version without having to reinstall it?
My understanding is the Haiku core --- the kernel, the basic userland, etc
--- are all packages. Therefore they should be upgradeable. Can the package
manager actually do this? If so, are the packages from nightly builds
uploaded anywhere where the package manager can see them?
