If you want to check out the repository in a UNIX(-like) environment,
you can either create yourself a sourceforge account and login to
shell.sourceforge.net and check the files out there, zip them and transfer
the zip file to your PC and delete the version on sourceforge, because
of the 5 MB home directory space limit. Or you can download the
CVS tar-ball and transfer it to your PC and check locally out the files.
