[openbeos] Two more pref apps into new CVS tree

Hi,

Just a quick note both Workspaces & Menu pref apps are now in the new 
tree also. Same stuff counts for these two, as I mentioned with the 
previous, the location for these is:

 /openbeos/sources/os/kits/interface/prefs/

If you're working on these, please use their new location :-)
