This was the result of last year's Google Summer of Code for KDE.

Besides that, KDE has had for many years an option to have titlebars in the
style of the BeOS. In fact, the name of the decorator is Be II, iirc. It has
been included as one of the stock KDE decorators for many years. However, it
did not support tab sliding.

Predictably, only us old Do farts have taking her for a ride all this time.
