Sounds like a plan, that is if we can get past #1, but I'll leave that
up to the BOD to decide on.

And if #1 is not acceptable, I would really want to know why.

There is really no situation where Haiku could loose anything from making a definitive commitment; there is ZERO risk for Haiku Inc..
